• 1. Karvy Financial Services Ltd shall be liable to assist and support its clients in cases where financial loss, damages, or consequences arise from decisions made by third-party lenders, and shall remain committed to providing all possible guidance and help to resolve such matters effectively.
• 2. Karvy Financial Services Ltd does guarantee dedicated assistance and transparent guidance throughout the loan process; however, the final loan approval, sanctioned amount, interest rates, and processing time remain subject to the policies and discretion of the respective lending institutions.
• 3. Karvy Financial Services Ltd does collect verification charges as part of the loan processing procedure. Customers are required to pay the verification fees only into the official account details provided by authorized employees of the Company. Any payments made to unauthorized accounts or third parties will be at the customer’s own risk, and Karvy Financial Services Ltd shall not be held responsible for any such losses.
